Job Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service or high volume food service
  • have ServSafe Certificate
  • ability to stand 100% of the time
  • environmental exposure to cold, heat, and water
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • understanding and ability to follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • ability to comprehend, read, and communicate in English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Own the espresso bar and deliver exceptional beverage quality
  • maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • ensure speed, quality, and consistency of drinks
  • connect with every customer for a positive guest experience
  • take accurate customer orders and operate coffee equipment
  • keep work areas clean and organized
  • assist with stocking, cleaning, and other Caffè Macs duties as requested by leadership
