Job Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service or high volume food service
- have ServSafe Certificate
- ability to stand 100% of the time
- environmental exposure to cold, heat, and water
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- understanding and ability to follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- ability to comprehend, read, and communicate in English

Job Duties
- Own the espresso bar and deliver exceptional beverage quality
- maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- ensure speed, quality, and consistency of drinks
- connect with every customer for a positive guest experience
- take accurate customer orders and operate coffee equipment
- keep work areas clean and organized
- assist with stocking, cleaning, and other Caffè Macs duties as requested by leadership
