Job Duties
- Ensure safety of students
- assist in preparation of food
- maintain sanitary work area including clean counters, equipment, tray stations
- serve food
- wash pots, pans, utensils and other food preparation materials
- maintain serving area with proper utensils and condiments
- adhere to all sanitary standards in work and attire
- maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel, students and operational concerns
- promote good public relations through personal appearance, attitude and conversation
- report suspected child abuse to appropriate school personnel and authorities
- attend required meetings and in-services
- maintain a pleasant, cooperative work atmosphere
