  • servsafe food manager certification
  • knowledge of state nutritional guidelines
  • operational knowledge of cafeteria equipment
  • experience working in a school kitchen
  • possession of a valid and appropriate california driver’s license
  • doj and fbi clearance

  • oversee cafeteria equipment operation and maintenance
  • ensure food safety standards are met through ServSafe certification
  • supervise cafeteria staff
