- servsafe food manager certification
- knowledge of state nutritional guidelines
- operational knowledge of cafeteria equipment
- experience working in a school kitchen
- possession of a valid and appropriate california driver’s license
- doj and fbi clearance

Job Duties
- manage kitchen and cafeteria operations

- oversee cafeteria equipment operation and maintenance
- ensure food safety standards are met through ServSafe certification
- supervise cafeteria staff
