Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Hold or obtain Certified Food Manager sanitation certificate
- Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate instructions
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment, recipe procedures, food safety and sanitation
- Experience with computers
- Two years of cafeteria manager experience or equivalent training

Job Duties
- Prepare menu items accurately by following recipes
- Maintain highest standards of food quality, production, sanitation, and safety
- Supervise a team of up to 10 kitchen staff
- Train kitchen staff in all kitchen duties
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations
- Communicate instructions for food preparation and safety
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently
