- supervise cafeteria staff and coordinate their daily responsibilities
- manage food ordering, inventory, and stock control
- maintain and manage cafeteria budget efficiently
- ensure compliance with all nutritional and safety guidelines
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the cafeteria area
