Job Requirements
- At least 2 years food service experience
- servsafe certification required prior to starting
- ability to work 7 AM to 2 PM Monday through Friday
- ability to start work on August 25, 2025
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow district health and safety regulations
- good physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
Job Qualifications

- ability to manage kitchen staff effectively
- knowledge of sanitary and safety standards
- experience with inventory and documentation
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to operate cash register and handle cash responsibly
Job Duties
- Manage 2 other kitchen employees
- prepare and serve quality food to students
- maintain proper documentation necessary for local and state Boards of Health
- maintain proper documentation of all food, material, and equipment inventory
- adhere to all sanitary standards in both work and attire
- adhere to school district menu as set by Food & Nutrition Director
- order all food, supplies, and materials needed for the program
- adhere to all standardized recipes
- assign kitchen personnel to various duties and move as needed
- run cash register, close cash drawer, provide total cash and meal count as required
- assist in daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment
