Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant culinary or food preparation experience
- Ability to operate kitchen appliances safely
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for entire shifts
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work full time in a non-management role

Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing food
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers
- Monitor food quality and test for doneness
- Set-up and break down work station
- Serve food in proper portions and receptacles
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas and equipment
- Check temperature of appliances and food
- Follow all safety and security policies
- Report maintenance needs and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- Develop positive working relationships
- Support team to achieve common goals
- Perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
