Job Requirements
- Must have an active food handler's certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively with hotel staff team members and managers
- Knowledge of using kitchen equipment and understanding of recipes cards
- Follow all health and safety regulations including proper food handling hygiene and storage
- Must be fully flexible to work on weekends holidays and during all peak periods
- US work authorization

- Experience in cooking large quantities in a professional kitchen environment preferred
Job Duties
- Preparing and cooking food in large quantities ensuring food is prepared safely efficiently and according to chef menu recipes and nutritional guidelines
- Clean and sanitize work areas equipment utensils and dishes upholding the safety and cleanliness according to the stewarding manager
- Maintains a clean and organized cafeteria space and food storage areas
- Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are low or need ordering
- Support other kitchen staff and assist with setup and breakdown as needed
