- One year of cash/charge handling experience
- Customer service and hospitality-oriented focus
- Ability to handle cash and operate cash register
- Knowledge of simple math and basic adding machine procedures
- Ability to read, write and understand English fluently
- Ability to work effectively as a team member
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to meet standards and time demands

Job Duties
- Provide patient-centered service, creating a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment
- Communicate clearly and respond promptly to concerns
- Demonstrate respect for patient rights and serve as a role model for service excellence
- Ensure accurate cash handling including proper operation of NJ Lottery transactions
- Maintain sanitation standards and manage unit sanitation stock
- Adhere to all standards and retail venue skill requirements
- Follow University Hospital compliance standards, regulations, and policies
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
