Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three months related experience or training
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Teamwork and coordination skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards including Serve Safe guidelines
Job Duties
- Responsible for all areas of the cafeteria including dish room serving dining areas and cashiering
- Obtain inventory display and replenish hot and cold foods as needed
- Notify security to retrieve and secure daily banks and replenish coins or currency for cafeteria operation
- Operate cash terminal print reports and reconcile audit to cash drawer total
- Record temperatures of foods refrigerators and freezers and assist with maintenance of records for health and safety compliance
- Assist with catering functions including assembly display and clean up
- Complete daily cleaning schedules including work area equipment and small wares according to health and safety standards
