- Must adapt to moderate indoor temperatures controlled by hotel environmental systems
- Food safety certification preferable or ability to obtain on premises

Job Duties
- Serve guests lunch during their break time in a hospitable and respectful manner
- Clean and sanitize buffet line, tables, chairs, and any other equipment that comes into contact with food products
- Keep buffet line, coffee machine, milk dispenser, soda dispenser, cabinets, etc., clean and replenished at all times
- Remove dirty dishes, glasses, utensils etc., and take to stewards for proper cleaning and sanitizing
- Pick up and deliver clean dishes, glasses, and utensils to Legends Cafeteria in a timely manner so that guests have them available for their break time
- Place orders correctly and in a timely manner for needed food and dry good products
