Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- possession of a valid food handlers health card
- proof of MMR and Hepatitis B immunizations
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- ability to lift and carry significant weights
- ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to attend training and meetings
- capability to work under direct supervision with standardized procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Attend unit meetings, in-service training, and workshops
- clean utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas to maintain sanitation
- collect payments from students and staff for food items
- serve food to meet nutritional requirements and requests
- inspect food items and supplies for quantity, quality, and compliance
- inventory food, condiments, and supplies for menu requirements
- maintain and report equipment malfunctions
- monitor kitchen and cafeteria safety and sanitation
- order food and non-food items to maintain inventory
- perform other nutritional services positions as needed
- prepare food and beverages to meet meal requirements
- stock food, condiments, and supplies
- perform other related duties as assigned
