Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- exceptional listening and communication skills
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- a polite, engaging personality
- commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours
- must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly to actions surrounding them
- must have the ability to lift bus pans, trays, cases of food and beverage weighing as much as 30 pounds

Job Duties
- Welcoming customers, informing them about new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
- take food and beverage orders and make coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, and other items to customer specifications
- field customer complaints or questions both in person and on the phone
- clean coffee machines, blenders, beverage dispensers, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during a normal shift
- produce cold-pressed juice program and prepare in-house cocktail ingredients
- maintain overall cleanliness of the cafe dining room, dry storage, and cooler areas
- work to maintain good customer relations and speedy delivery of all beverages and other products
- complete assigned tasks from management every day
- work as part of a fun, high-energy team
- adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
