- experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
- exceptional listening and communication skills
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- availability to work nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

- commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for up to six hours
- good sense of balance and ability to bend, kneel, and react swiftly

Job Duties
- Welcoming customers, informing them about new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
- prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, milkshakes, and other items to customer specifications
- field customer complaints or questions both in person and on the phone
- clean coffee machines, blenders, beverage dispensers, restaurant areas, and preparation areas during shifts
- produce cold-pressed juice program and prepare in-house cocktail ingredients
- maintain overall cleanliness of the cafe dining room, dry storage, and cooler areas
- maintain good customer relations and ensure speedy delivery of all beverages and products
- complete assigned tasks from management daily
- work as part of a fun, high-energy team
- adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls
