Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- maintains a valid Food Handler's Card
- regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to perform basic math
- basic computer skills
- ability to interact with customers for a full shift in a busy environment
- availability to work Sundays and Mondays
- flexibility to cover open, mid, or close shifts

Job Duties
- prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- provide outstanding customer service following the 3 Steps to Great Service
- operate sandwich bar and barista station efficiently
- handle cash transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment
- use company systems proficiently
- contribute to a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
