Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times
Demonstrates regular attendance by coming to work on scheduled days and being on time
Ability to add, subtract, and perform basic math with ease
Basic computer skills
Ability to interact with customers for a full shift in a busy, loud environment while maintaining excellent service
Food service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Ability to perform basic math accurately

Job Duties

Prepare and serve delicious food and drinks to customers
Follow the 3 Steps to Great Service at all times
Work any shift or station for which trained, including sandwich bar and barista station
Use company systems proficiently and handle cash accurately
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere
Maintain health and safety standards, including holding a valid Food Handler's Card
Support a welcoming and vibrant café environment
