Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English required
- Maintains a valid Food Handler's Card at all times
- Must demonstrate regular attendance and punctuality
- Able to add, subtract, and perform basic math
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to interact with customers for full shift in a busy, loud environment
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Must be able to cover shifts including open, mid, and close
- Exposure to wheat flour dust and other grain dusts in the work environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Maintains a valid Food Handler's Card

Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service by following the 3 Steps to Great Service at all times
- Prepare and serve delicious food and beverages to customers
- Work efficiently across multiple café stations such as sandwich bar and barista station
- Use company point-of-sale and other systems proficiently
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Support a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative café environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and café areas
