Job Duties
- Guide and support team members during shifts to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and teamwork
- ensure that all shift duties are completed, products are stocked, and customer orders are accurate and timely
- provide excellent, friendly service and handle any customer concerns with professionalism and care
- assist with opening and closing the register, verifying cash drawers, and maintaining accurate records
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- keep management informed of any supply needs, maintenance issues, or staffing updates
