Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills for inventory and sales data
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in food and beverage service
- Knowledge of inventory management

Job Duties
- Develop team knowledge and create welcoming environment
- Analyze data to impact sales, trends, waste, and inventory
- Collaborate with Store Manager to implement cafe action plans
- Maintain reliable and punctual attendance
- Lead by example with positive and proactive approach
- Coach team on drink making, presentation standards and register efficiency
- Manage inventory and submit accurate monthly reports
