Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in the food and beverage industry (cafe or restaurant preferred)
  • a hospitality-first mindset: you're calm under pressure, intuitive with guests, and lead by example
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • ability to multi-task and stay focused in a high-volume environment
  • availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Job Duties

  • leading and motivating the front-of-house team with a warm, professional presence
  • overseeing daily operations and coordinating closely with the back-of-house to ensure seamless service
  • managing POS setup, programming, and performing cash handling duties
  • maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, food safety, and guest service
  • coaching team members, providing on-the-spot feedback, and leading ongoing training to ensure every team member feels confident and empowered
  • supporting menu changes, product launches, and seasonal promotions with clear and timely communication
  • championing a collaborative, upbeat atmosphere that reflects the Maison Lodi spirit
