Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- high school diploma or GED required
- minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-of-house restaurant or foodservice position required
- experience processing card payments using computerized point-of-sale system required
- ability to obtain a Village of Ashwaubenon alcohol operator's license within 60 days of hire date
- possess basic knowledge of bar operations and basic math skills

Job Duties
- Assign duties to scheduled team members and assist with training
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- manage labor and profit loss
- ensure proper cash handling and tip record-keeping for the shift
- assist guests, stock shelves, count inventory, and perform cashier duties when necessary
- assist the management team with scheduling the team members for the cafe
- enforce and adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
