Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

- Experience using sharp cutting instruments

Job Duties
- Treat people fairly, consistently, and with respect
- Ensure efficient, informative, and friendly service according to established customer service vision and standards
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes and utensils in accordance with established dishwashing procedures
- Return all cleaned dishes and utensils to assigned place
- Thoroughly scrub and sanitize dish machine, filters, countertops, walls, mop floors, and remove garbage at end of shift
- Ensure all areas of storage and dishroom are clean and orderly
- Prep ingredients for production
- Practice safety and sanitation procedures for cleaning and sanitizing equipment and food contact surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines for lifting, knife handling, equipment operation
- Attend department meetings as scheduled
- Abide by all Co-op policies and procedures
- Keep store orderly and clean
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Perform other duties as assigned by department manager or supervisory staff
