Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in culinary or kitchen leadership and casual dining
  • Excellent food and beverage knowledge
  • Experience in training and developing back of house team members
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and transparently across teams
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Certification in hospitality-related field preferred
  • English fluency

  • Experience in training and developing back of house team members
  • Ability to communicate respectfully and transparently across teams
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Certification in a hospitality-related field preferred but not required
  • English fluency
  • Additional languages preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members
  • Partner with front of house and back of house teams to enforce systems, routines, and checklists while delivering excellent guest experiences across all channels
  • Ensure high performance and maintain excellence and hospitality throughout all service periods
  • Direct the team and expedite service to maintain consistent food execution and timely flow
  • Educate front of house team members about the menu and culinary procedures through tastings and staff presentations
  • Maintain positive working relationships with dining room leaders and line staff
  • Ensure all recipes, products, food preparation, and execution meet company specifications and culinary excellence standards
  • Ensure all stations are properly executed and that new hires are adequately trained
