Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in culinary or kitchen leadership and casual dining
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Experience in training and developing back of house team members
- Ability to communicate respectfully and transparently across teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in hospitality-related field preferred
- English fluency

Job Duties
- Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members
- Partner with front of house and back of house teams to enforce systems, routines, and checklists while delivering excellent guest experiences across all channels
- Ensure high performance and maintain excellence and hospitality throughout all service periods
- Direct the team and expedite service to maintain consistent food execution and timely flow
- Educate front of house team members about the menu and culinary procedures through tastings and staff presentations
- Maintain positive working relationships with dining room leaders and line staff
- Ensure all recipes, products, food preparation, and execution meet company specifications and culinary excellence standards
- Ensure all stations are properly executed and that new hires are adequately trained
