- Interpersonal skills to train and supervise employees

- Oversees sanitation of work areas
- Supervises and evaluates employees
- Deposits funds
- Supervises Cafeteria Aides and Sanitation Specialists
- Assists in training and evaluation of employees
- Completes Quality Assurance checklists
- Ensures adherence to standards
- Oversees sanitation procedures
- Programs cash registers for each meal
- Oversees cashiering responsibilities
- Makes cash deposit
- Generates cash report and register report
- Maintains kitchen equipment
- Requests preventative and emergency repairs
- Documents accordingly
- Adheres to departmental and hospital safety standards
- Attends mandatory in service programs
- Adheres to hospital's Guest Relations policy
