Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • basic math skills
  • maintains valid food handler's card by first date of work
  • ability to stand for 100% of shift
  • able to work in loud environment with frequent interruptions
  • able to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs
  • availability to work full-time with schedule flexibility including weekends, holidays, specifically Sunday and Monday

Job Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • basic math skills
  • valid food handler's card maintained
  • 1+ years experience in food service preferred
  • experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
  • strong customer service skills with professionalism and positive personality

Job Duties

  • Lead and support cafe operations during shifts
  • efficiently work multiple stations including sandwich bar during rush periods
  • assist with baking one day per week
  • serve as Person In Charge ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and personality
  • maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the cafe
  • manage cash handling and point-of-sale operations
