Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk for an eight-hour shift
- Ability to multitask and manage stressful situations
- Physical ability to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb, and carry objects
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- Availability to work both indoors and outdoors throughout the year

Job Duties
- Deliver an approachable and refined hospitality experience consistently
- Maintain a flexible schedule and adapt to changes
- Attend to guests and team members promptly and courteously
- Share thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu
- Input orders accurately into the POS system
- Clear and reset tables as needed
- Demonstrate understanding of steps of service
- Communicate effectively through active listening
- Perform opening and closing side work
- Monitor, restock, and replenish service items and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety codes at all times
