Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
- able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb, and carry objects as necessary
- able to lift up to 25 pounds
- observant and quick to respond to various situations while multitasking and handling stressful scenarios
- able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with high noise levels, bright lights, and dust
- able to communicate effectively in small areas
- capable of working inside and outside year-round as business volumes require

- experience creating smoothies, bowls, and juices
- detailed and careful preparation of menu offerings
- high interest in wellness and nutrition
- excellent communication skills including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
Job Duties
- Consistent delivery of an approachable refined hospitality experience
- willing to have a flexible schedule
- always attentive to guests and team
- share thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer questions
- input all orders accurately into the POS system
- clear and reset tables when needed
- demonstrate understanding of steps of service
- engage in communication and active listening to deliver accurate messaging to guests and teammates
- perform opening and closing side work
- monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory, and supplies
- ensure work area compliance with health codes at all times
