Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 21 years
  • one year of experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • current Food Handlers and ABC certifications or willingness to obtain
  • high level of responsibility, accountability, and punctuality
  • strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to pass a background check
  • upbeat, polite, and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • deliver exemplary customer service to the members of a private club
  • provide food and beverage recommendations based on member preferences
  • maintain a thorough understanding of the menu to effectively take and deliver food and drink orders and recommend additional items when appropriate
  • set up, maintain, and clean the bar, tables, and dining areas
  • execute ancillary tasks as specified, including inventory management, sanitation, and maintenance of café
  • facilities
  • assist with the setup and breakdown for special events as required
  • collaborate and communicate effectively with all serving and kitchen personnel
