- successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to accurately handle cash transactions
- basic computer proficiency
- knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
- ability to follow company procedures and policies
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and engage warmly with customers and employees
- prepare and serve food and beverage items according to company standards
- process transactions accurately including cash handling
- monitor café inventory and restock supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the café work environment
- notify management team promptly of any operational issues
- adhere strictly to all safety policies and promote a safety-conscious work environment
