Job Duties
- Process all payment methods in accordance with accounting procedures and policies
- follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures including blind drops
- obtain and secure assigned bank and ensure accuracy of contracted monies
- count bank at end of shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
- transport bank to and from assigned workstation
- set up and organize cashier workstation with designated supplies and maintain cleanliness
- complete opening duties, including setting up supplies and ensuring operational readiness
- follow safety and security policies and report incidents to management
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally, answer telephones using proper etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- use computers and point of sale systems to enter and locate work-related information
- perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking, and handling objects up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
