Job Requirements
- must have open availability including mornings, nights, and weekends
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- service-oriented with excellent customer interaction skills
- physical stamina to stand and move during shifts
- ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Job Qualifications
- 18 plus years of age
- six plus months of restaurant or customer service experience
- ability to stand for long periods and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- good communication skills
- organized and attentive to detail
Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- assist customers with menu selections and answer questions about ingredients or specials
- take food and drink orders accurately and input them for kitchen preparation
- prepare and serve beverages including specialty coffee drinks
- deliver orders to tables and verify accuracy
- check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and offer refills or additional service
- process cash and credit card payments accurately
