Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 1 year of experience with comparable knowledge and skills
  • Prior dining services experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Customer service oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Manage day to day café operations to ensure accurate, timely, and friendly order fulfillment
  • Oversee bulk ordering, inventory tracking, and purchasing of café supplies
  • Train, supervise, and support café staff, promoting a positive team oriented work environment
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Monitor scheduling, workflow, and staffing needs to maintain smooth operations
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
  • Support ongoing staff development, including coaching and mentoring team members
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the café environment
