- At least six months of supervisory experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- knowledge and understanding of café operations and setup for all stations
- capable of working in a team setting
- attention to detail
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- previous experience with UltiPro Onboarding & Recruiting, Toast POS, CrunchTime and Teamworx preferred
- ServSafe, Allergen and ChokeSaver certifications preferred
Job Duties
- Model authentic, warm guest experience and coach the overall hospitality experience
- bring brand purpose, mission and values to life and adhere to all company policies
- uphold operational standards regarding service, product knowledge, safety and sanitation
- lead team through shifts, overseeing deployment and execution of running great shifts
- provide clear, specific and timely feedback to team members to ensure operational excellence
- ensure all products adhere to recipe and visual standards and communicate quality issues
- lead and navigate hard conversations with team members and guests
- assist with new team member training by following company training plans and giving constructive feedback
- ensure food safety and support team members regarding product knowledge
- follow administrative procedures including cash handling, product ordering, time clock verification and safety audits
- perform other duties as assigned
