Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- maintain valid food handler’s card
- knowledge of health department regulations
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- ability to coach and mentor employees
- proficiency in customer service and food production roles
- capability to stand throughout shift and lift up to 20 lbs
- ability to work in a loud environment with interruptions
- handle repetitive motions
- exposure to flour and grain dust in work environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to read, write, and speak English required
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- valid food handler’s card
- knowledge of food service health regulations
- experience coaching and mentoring teams
- 3 or more years managing in restaurant environment
- passion for delicious food and customer service
- experience developing employees
- technical literacy including Excel, Word, email
- expertise in customer service, barista, and sandwich production roles

- Oversee all cafe operations supporting the company mission

- manage cafe facilities and budgeting
