Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • maintain valid food handler’s card
  • knowledge of health department regulations
  • 3+ years restaurant management experience
  • ability to coach and mentor employees
  • proficiency in customer service and food production roles
  • capability to stand throughout shift and lift up to 20 lbs
  • ability to work in a loud environment with interruptions
  • handle repetitive motions
  • exposure to flour and grain dust in work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • ability to read, write, and speak English required
  • English/Spanish bilingual preferred
  • valid food handler’s card
  • knowledge of food service health regulations
  • experience coaching and mentoring teams
  • 3 or more years managing in restaurant environment
  • passion for delicious food and customer service
  • experience developing employees
  • technical literacy including Excel, Word, email
  • expertise in customer service, barista, and sandwich production roles

Job Duties

  • Oversee all cafe operations supporting the company mission
