Job Duties
- Maintaining positive guest relationships through regular feedback and quality standards
- training team members in menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
- promoting a positive work environment by hiring and engaging team members
- maintaining state, federal, and business compliance including responsible alcohol service guidelines
- supporting financial goals with the General Manager
- employing safety and sanitation practices
- enforcing responsible alcohol service policies
- executing daily reporting and inventory controls
- ensuring adherence to Levy guidelines and employee handbook
- executing all menu requirements and fulfilling guest-specific requests
- managing function setups and breakdowns efficiently
- holding team accountable to service standards
- providing tools and guidance to team members
- promoting a cooperative work climate
- conducting scheduled meetings for communication
- interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members
- displaying a positive attitude
