Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the Paddock Grille, a bistro and micro-market serving lunch and dinner
- Manage a staff of approximately 30 employees
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity
- Handle purchasing and inventory control
- Create and manage staff schedules
- Train, support, and lead team members
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail throughout the facility
