Job Requirements
- 5 years restaurant management experience
- 3 years culinary background experience or education
- Proven record of motivating staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and labor cost management

Job Duties
- Manage all sales, marketing and budgets
- Report daily sales and capture all credit and cash receipts
- Deposit money into bank accounts daily and submit sales reports as required
- Maintain budgets and record inventories for all purchases and sales
- Perform inventory counts as needed
- Lead the kitchen and front of house staff and hiring for all vacant positions
- Manage the staff weekly schedules and communicate out
- Motivate the team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earned
- Respond to customer issues and resolve needs
- Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards
- Fill in at any position including the ability to create meals from scratch
