Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in retail service management or equivalent training
  • Previous food handling experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Capability to handle physical demands including frequent movement and lifting

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a retail service setting as a manager or graduate of the Best Seller Program
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous food handling experience preferred
  • High-energy and friendly personality
  • Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Basic reading, writing, and accounting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and train café team members in service and preparation of food and drinks
  • Manage daily café operations including product quality and freshness
  • Drive customer loyalty and sales through excellent service and promotions
  • Enforce safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards of the café
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • Manage inventory, stock, and rotation of perishable items
