Job Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- some college preferred
- six months to one year of prior food and beverage experience in quick service or restaurant settings
- one year of leadership experience preferred
- current ServSafe or similar food handling certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
Job Duties
- Support the proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards
- ensure all deliveries are received correctly and logged in the absence of the Café
- Manager
- maintain storage and rotation to minimize wastage
- manage the Café
- Team to ensure adherence to expected standards
- adhere to scheduled shifts and work beyond when required
- train Café
- Team on full menu preparation and front of house staff on drinks and ready-to-eat foods
- set high standards for punctuality, attendance, and attitude
- ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained including regular deep cleans
- maintain organized and accessible Café
- and storage areas
- handle guest concerns in absence of Café
- Manager
- participate in regular staff meetings and training
