Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in progressive culinary or kitchen management, depending on education
- Proven passion for culinary excellence and exceeding guest expectations
- Knowledge and proficiency of relevant systems, methods and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability and desire to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work ten hour-plus shifts and stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Run production and service according to established guidelines
- Follow standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards
- Complete and utilize daily production worksheets and waste logs
- Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation
- Establish and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas
- Maintain inventory to stay within guidelines and ensure product availability
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and occurrence reporting
- Participate in departmental meetings and staff development
- Implement seasonal menu changes
