Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Barista training or certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and external partners
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, equipment, and seating areas
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
- Provide recommendations and educate customers about menu items and coffee varieties
- Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure proper maintenance
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and techniques
