Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a café or restaurant environment
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of local community and customer engagement strategies
Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Computer literacy including POS systems and scheduling software
