- Prefer one to two years of prior culinary experience
- Knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately input them into the computer or register
- Serve food from the kitchen area to guests' tables in an effective manner
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and maintain overall appearance including dinner plates, flatware, and beverage glasses
- Complete assigned side-work and additional tasks
- Monitor cleanliness of assigned station including floors and keep area free of debris
- Possess knowledge of menu, beverages, food preparation, and prices
- Use suggestive selling techniques and adhere to cash and comp handling procedures
