Job Requirements
- Six months previous experience working in a full-service restaurant as a server within the past 3 years preferred
- Must have an upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality
- Previous experience multi-tasking and remaining calm and professional while working in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess computer skills
- Previous experience working with InfoGenesis preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in both verbal and written
- At least 21 years of age
- TAM work card
- Health work card
- Ability to walk, stand or stoop more than 75 percent of the time
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work in a moderately noisy, moderately smoky environment

Job Duties
- Takes accurate food and beverage orders from guests and places orders with kitchen staff
- Maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options to answer guests' questions and places proper orders
- Delivers food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled
- Communicates regularly with on-coming shift staff and with the chef-on-duty to address issues and concerns
- Attends to guests needs, making them feel welcome, comfortable and important
- Ensures that all food is served within health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned
