Job Duties
- Directly support the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef and Assistant Room Chef
- Ensure kitchen and equipment are in good working order
- Maintain cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards
- Cook, fry, sauté, carve, broil, grill and steam meats, fish, eggs, vegetables
- Keep cold items stocked
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
