Job Requirements
- Two years of experience in the culinary industry
- Ability to work hands-on in any kitchen environment including high volume production
- High school education or equivalent preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and willingness to improve
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to read all tickets and organize food production timely
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work varied schedules
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License

Job Duties
- Prepare hot food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner including pizza and pasta production
- Prepare sauces, dressings, cakes, pies, and desserts
- Stock items for warmers and refrigerators and refill low products
- Practice and promote company-wide service standards and AAA Four Diamond service
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards according to department and health guidelines
- Attend daily team meetings and communicate effectively with management and staff
- Adhere to all Food and Beverage policies, procedures, and safety protocols
