Job Duties
- Prepares and cooks various items according to the weekly menu
- cleans, cuts, and prepares fruits and vegetables to be used in recipes and for the salad bar
- completes tasks outlined by daily prep list and the Chef's instructions
- apportions and serves food to customers in a safe manner
- ensures the cleanliness and organization of equipment and work area by routinely cleaning and inspecting throughout shift
- complies with FDA and local food safety guidelines
- performs all other duties as assigned
