Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum one year of cooking or food service experience
knowledge of safety sanitation and food handling procedures
proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) and phone systems
strong cash handling and turn-in abilities
ability to maintain cleanliness and side work standards
dependable and punctual
able to work in a team and fast-paced environment
able to take direction
pass background screening

Job Qualifications

Minimum one year of cooking or food service experience
knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
experience with Point of Sale (POS) and phone systems
strong cash handling skills
ability to follow proper service sequences
understanding of dining room flow and reservation procedures
dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly manner
cashier customers and handle cash transactions accurately
serve meals and beverages efficiently and courteously
check back with guests to ensure satisfaction
promote menu items and daily specials knowledgeably
assist with reservations and banquet bookings communication
perform side work and maintain cleanliness standards
