Job Duties
- Process customer transactions swiftly and accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- support daily café and kitchen operations by assisting with restocking supplies, food preparation, patient meal production, dishwashing, meal delivery, and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient service
- deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally
- perform other duties as assigned
