Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass all required pre-screening and background checks
- Internal candidates must meet eligibility per Transfer and Promotion policy
- Must comply with all legal and company regulations
- Must have ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid New Hampshire gaming license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and service
Job Duties
- Greet customers upon arrival and guide them to available seating
- Balance multiple tasks including preparing drinks, seating guests, and handling payments during busy periods
- Accurately take customer orders and provide recommendations
- Make coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to orders
- Process customer payments accurately using cash, credit, or mobile payment systems
- Balance cash drawer during shift and maintain security and accuracy
- Proactively seek guest opportunities and anticipate needs to create magical moments
